This has been a happy week for Bett as she was honoured at VGH as they celebrated twenty five years of
The Cambie Corridor Consortium. There were balloons and a very fancy carrot cake. After the speeches Bett was presented with a beautiful gift of a Lawren Harris canvas print. And best of all, they renamed the Commuter Centre. It will now be known as
Bett Lauridsen Commuter Centre.
I think Bett is amazing and it looks like many others agree. As a senior in her eighties, Bett Rocks! Click on the photos to get an enlarged image.
